Talking Sports

So I've been having a lot of fun these past few weeks serving as guest for a sports talk show on Fox. Going back and forth between my home in Utah and Los Angeles is pretty easy, but even easier when you love talking sports as much as I do.

I feel like I can go there and talk about sports and learn some stuff with those guys, chat with them and learn. I never feel the need to be the full expert on the situation, more like you're just sitting around with a couple of buddies chatting about sports having dinner or a drink or something, which I love. It's a fun show.

We're also just a few weeks away from snow here, which starts falling around here in November. Last year we had so much snow. The snow was as high as our backyard fence, packed down. It's great because it means my husband will spend more time at home as well... We all do a little family skiing and even took Skye out last year. We'll take her out again at the end of the season. In truth, we don't get out a ton because whenever he's home, he's like, "I don't need to go out and go skiing."

Last winter I was pregnant and the year before that it was hard with a little baby. I'm a fair weather skier. I like a blue-bird day and not a lot of wind. I like the perfect day for skiing. I'm not really into it for the perfect powder day.

Guess I'll save my fantasy football update for next time... gotta run some errands now... always on the run!
