Whats going on everyone? I'm back home in Seattle right now and wanted to share a quick update for all my friends out there.

There is not any official news to report as of yet, but talks with teams are still progressing. I really am optimistic and welcome this latest challenge in my career just as I have all of the previous times that me or my skills have been questioned.

When I was in high school or college or even early on in the NFL, when people thought I wasn't going to be good, that's when I'd take it to another level. That's just how I am. I enjoy the challenge and I enjoy fighting to get to a place that is bigger and better.

That's how I feel right now. I am in a situation now where there is going to be a new team that wants me and wants to go to the Super Bowl. And I want a new team and I want to go to the Super Bowl. I'm just trying to figure out which of these teams I will be able to help win and rock the city.

So no matter where I go, I know it is going to work out really well. Where do you think I'll end be playing this season?

In the meantime, I'm working hard and doing what I can to enjoy the offseason. The workouts I've been doing have been great and I am healthy again. Though it's not all work all the time. My wife and I also like to plan trips with the kids where we're together as a family, whether it's jumping on a plane and taking a family vacation to Florida or spending a week in California. I'm grateful for the time we get to be together.
