what is the average weight of a cheer leader if there 13 and 5'4?
Im 5"4 and 13 and i wiegh 94 pounds
but i am defently on the skinny side
and i dont gain hardly any thingso probly around 105????

What are things too practice if you want too be a great cheerleader?
1. make sure you have a loud vioce(yell from your tummy not ur neck)
2.make sure you have strong and sharp motions
3.good leg,ab,and arms strength
4.be willing to try new things
5.be able to consitinly practice
