    i would do lots of jump builders and tumbling prac. and stuff to build up yer arms and legs for stunting

    i got mine in a night i went as far as I could then held it for 30 seconds then come back up for like 30 secs then do it again and again till yer flat but it will hurt

    my teacher had me do my tuck on the floor bye myself the first time without a spot and i was fine just out of yer roundoff ( not sure how thats spelled ) keep yer shoulders back chest and head up but not back and set it

    just hold at the nd make sure you r dont just flick make sure you bring yer hand to yer mouth but any higher and yer guiding the ball not flicking
