About me – 15 years of coaching youth sports. I'm entering my 4th year of coaching for the Hornets. *Helped guide our Pee Wee team to an undefeated season 2009. * 2001 coach of the year, District 27 Baseball Championship Coach. As a coach first and foremost I'm a teacher. In this role it will be my responsibility to: Provide a safe and enjoyable setting for learning. Prepared myself in order to understand the techniques needed the knowledge of how the game is played, and what is to be accomplished during practice and on game day. Present information in a manner that players can understand. Provide a setting where everyone participates and have fun. Be positive when communicating with players, parents, and officials. Lead so that the players will follow eagerly.....
