It depends on your house. I pay 15 dollars a week for league but it depends on the center and how much they are charging.

I would recommend a "Robbi" it is a wrist brace that will force your hand to stay straight instead of forcing your hand over top of the ball. In which case is a common mistake of bowlers. and the do not notice it.

I have arthritis in my right wrist (the hand i bowl with) i wear a brace called a Pro-Release it is the brace that is red and black, and it is fully adjustable. It is about 50 dollars and it is a wonderful brace! Maybe you can pick one up!
