About me – Eric Harrison/ Coach E President/ AD 513-388-1006 Mr. Eric Harrison is The President/ Founder of The Bengals Youth Football & Cheerleading Organization. Mr. Harrison has played pee-wee football and some high school football throughout his childhood. He has also served in the military for 6 years and has great core values that lead him to be such a great asset to The Bengals Youth Football & Cheerleading Organization. Mr. Harrison has an extensive background in youth sports. He has 14 years coaching experience, his teams have made it to the play- offs each of those years. He has also won 8 super bowls(2011 super Bowl Champs),4 National Championship(2011 National Champs) and won 8 divisional championships(2011 Divisional Champs). Mr. Harrison has been involved with providing the children with a positive outlet. He also plays a major role in mentoring and tutoring the kids to become better young men and students. Mr. Eric Harrison was the Athletic Director for 4 years as well. This gave him the opportunity to bring teams together to play in competitive tournaments, bowl games, and scrimmages. It also allowed him to learn more about the business aspect of his position. Mr. Harrison learned more about the field permits, preparing the field properly, obtaining certified referees, concessions, and building relationships with coaches all over. Mr. Harrison has experienced and learned a lot throughout the years of being apart of various organizations, both good and bad that he realized that he want The Bengals Youth Football & Cheerleading Organization to focus more on the kids success in life. Mr. Harrison wants his organization to focus on responding to children with respect and consideration and treat all children equally regardless of their individual talents, race, and gender. Mr. Harrison has always focused and supported that all kids will play and cheer and they will in The Bengals Youth Football & Cheerleading Organization. He also believes in portraying a positive role model by maintaining an attitude of respect, loyalty, patience, courtesy, tact, and maturity at all times.
