You have available to you a number of places. Check out USAwrestling website or themat.com. PA is a hotbed for the sport.

Find out if there is a group called Beat the Streets Wrestling in your area. We have one in NY and they are responsible for putting together a middle school program the likes of which were never seen in NY.
