I have a screw a fast and my change up is a 3 knuckle knuckle ball and my rise rises way to fast.but the way the ball is gripped in this is definitely different than how i was taught. Im going to try this.May 13, 2011 -

About me – I have played softball since I was 5. I am committed to Calhoun Community College. I am primary pitcher for the varsity softball team at my school and i have been the last 4 years but I have played varsity for 6 years.
Dream job – PTA (physical therapist assistant)
Superstition – my shoe laces have to be tucked in at a game and i cant have anything on my wrist and my teammates while warming up befor a game cant drop the ball whild giving it to me and they cant go in a different order. (when i pitch)
