    Be confident take a deep breath and just go for dont forget to be tight though

    Lots of stretching especially if your a flyer being flexible is needed. when your bored or watching tv sit in the splits for a whilee and soon enough you will be able to go all the way down

    If you have your middle splits then you should have ur toe touch you have to remember to rotate your hips jump as high as you can be tight and use ur abs then you'll have it in no time:)

    You Probably Diffidently do for my cheer team we at least have to have a backhadspring. Can you do a toe touch??

    Yes! Cheerleaders work just as hard as any sports players do. For my school we do a lot of conditioning and sprints. We lift people in the air and catch them wayyy harder then catching a football... and we do it without pads!

    Have your spotter put one hand on your back and one on you thigh when u go to jump back have them help guide you over dont forget to lock out your arm, stretch back and stay really tight

    Gymnastics is always a great thing to do if u are a cheerleader or want to be a cheerleader. it helps with tumbling first of all and staying tight and using ur abs legs and arms! so yes i would recomend you do gymnastics:)

    All you pretty much have to do is stayy really tightt! And control ur motions you have to tell your arms where to go then your motions will be flawless:)

    You can start by streatching your middle splits and doing hip flexers(sit in a straddle and balance on your butt then rotate your hips backward do it a few times on each leg then do it together it kinda hurts but it helps a lot) you also have to rememb... Continue reading »

    the basics of a back handspring is pretend ur sitting on a chair keep ur chest up jump backwards but u have to keep ur arms locked and stretch all the way back and if u can watch ur hands it helps:)
