    Splits on the wall. And on the ground. Also just keep working on heel streches and deff scorpions!

    really if you keeps your hips facing your foot in the front in your split then grab your shoes and stay there but if you practice your split with your hips facing the wrong way your heel stretch will rotate to the side and you will fall out of the stun... Continue reading »
