Hey, its ya man King James! Its been a while since my last update but I have a lot of exciting things going on.

I have had another incredible summer this time promoting my new movie, "More than a Game," and also my new book Shooting Stars.

I have been on a ten city tour with the movie, stopping in Washington DC, Chicago and my home town of Akron, Oh. From there I headed aboard to Asia to promote, as well and made stops in Beijing, Shenyang and Shanghai. These stops were well supported by all my fans in these cities, I got to interacted and even play a few games with some really talented kids in these cities.

After leaving Asia, I took a short vacation in the South of France. The few days I spent there was amazing. I got some good workouts in during my trip overseas with my Coach Chris Jent and my trainer Mike Mancias. It is important that I am always sharping my tools.

So I finished my abroad tour in Europe and visited Paris and London. I definitely will have to go back and spend time and do some sight seeing cause there is so much history.

After two weeks abroad we headed back to the US to finish off the last two stops in New York and LA. I am really looking forward to finishing the tour with a bang!

Well training camp is one week away and I am looking forward to getting back to the hardwood and working with my teammates to contend for a NBA title this season.
