end of march always means one thing for me... playoffs are coming. which means not letting up, keeping the foot on the accelerator, not gonna slow down until we get to the finish line. and that finish line is me and my teammates celebrating holding a finals trophy with commissioner stern.

people keep asking me "how you doing" and "how you feeling?" i really do feel good. been a long year, but really enjoying every second of it. i have the best job in the world. so if that means taking care of myself off the court, eating right, working out, doing my yoga and getting plenty of rest time when at home like i am now with the fam. nice to have a couple of days off here in the middle of a back-to-back with new jersey.

also got to dig into some of your questions and comments - whooeeee there are a lot here. thanks for all of them, i obviously can't respond to all of you, wish i could. Maybe in the summer.

let's see... austin wants to be a better shooter. do i have any advice?

you should ask one of my teammates because i ain't no shooter. daniel gibson, wally szczerbiak and mo williams can give you the answer to that.

personally i think it's all about repetition. you know, you have to get in the gym. you have to shoot the same shot. but like i said, i'm not a pure shooter like gibson, wally or mo williams. i can help but, i can't make you a ray allen. i'm still getting better myself! just watched a bunch of those drills videos - good stuff.

another question from gerald: "I'm a coach in training... do you want to be a coach someday?"

wow, that's a long ways away. but i think so, because i love the game. either basketball coach or a football coach. you know i got two sons that will's probably gonna play sports right now, so i'm definitely gonna coach them and help them. but i promise you this - i'm not going to be one of those mad crazy fathers that make their kids get up at six o'clock in the morning and work on stuff. i'm gonna want them to get better, but also teach them to have fun. whatever they try to do i'm gonna coach them and help them do what they love.

let's make that lebron's lesson of the day.
off to work out again.

I know the dude at dunkchamp.com teaches high school, college players and some of the pros on how to increase their vertical leap. Also, LeBron: do you use a rebounder for jumping or did you just watch some videos on that too?

Hey Lebron, do you ever wonder what it would have been like had you chose football instead of basketball? There has never been a 6'8", 260 lbs wide receiver with that kind of speed and that high of a vertical!
