Check with an orthopaedic doctor before using using weighted softballs for warm up. An assistant coach for my daughter's travel team (18U-A) used them and they tore up her rotator cuff and put her out of playing for good!
All you players, you need at the very least, 1 left handed slapper on your team. She needs to work on placing her hit!
