We will go over the weightlifiting program and answer any and all questions you may have. Brian Fichter is working to link the program to this site. It is built on an excel program and the lifters can enter one rep max lifts to customize the program to thier ability. On Thursday June 3rd we will again meet in the weightroom to help establish some max numbers to get started with.
