I do backwards C. But most everyone has their own way of throwing it, but Ive thrown a fastpitch like that for years now and it works really well. good luck

Is a sports drink or water better during practices?
I agree, water is way better for you, gatorade may be good but its full of sugar and calories. And gatorade makes you more thirsty.
