About me – I am the Executive Director of the NCSSE, a cheer coach safety group. We develop safety classes for cheerleading coaches and dance coaches of school/college teams, all star teams, and youth teams. I speak for national and international conferences on safety and risk management as well as other aspects of coaching cheerleaders. I judge national and international cheerleading competitions. I am safety certified through the NCSSE and rules certified through the USASF. I am a contributor to Cheer Coach & Advisor magazine, and I am on the advisory board for Cheer Coach magazine and American Cheerleader magazine. The NCSSE is an affiliate member of the Spirit Industry Trade Association (SITA). I am the 2010 Chair for SITA and work with the Meeting committee and the Philanthropic committee. Specialties:Cheerleading skills, coaching roles, legal responsibilities, safety management and risk management for cheerleading programs.
