    Stuff the head and wizzer. If he gets it elivated try to relax get foot to the outside. wizzer on the same side and pull up on the elbow on the far sid at the same time slambing your foot to the mat.

    I would love to have him on my wrestling team. Wrestling teaches disiplin just ike the martial arts. Most schools have wrestling.

    I have found out that jumping rope helps the best. Try a double then a tripple jump. It works the foot hands and arms. You always see good wrestlers jumping rope.
