How do you defend a low level single leg?
Stuff the head and wizzer. If he gets it elivated try to relax get foot to the outside. wizzer on the same side and pull up on the elbow on the far sid at the same time slambing your foot to the mat.

What is the best way to build speed before the wrestling season begins?
I have found out that jumping rope helps the best. Try a double then a tripple jump. It works the foot hands and arms. You always see good wrestlers jumping rope.
