    Lania Fischer asked:

Any tips on how to help me do a triple toe touch and i have a pretty double i think but how do i hurry up to do a third one?

    Cassandra’s answer:

just go right into your 3rd jump. What i do is pick a high focal point for my eyes so if i look up my jumps are higher. Just remember the basics back straight toes pointed and think UP for your legs

    Kayla Elizabeth asked:

There is way to much drama going on at practice, and some of the cheerleaders can't get along with each other. What do I do?

    Cassandra’s answer:

My JV squad has that problem too. They're getting over it. At cheer camp it got really bad and we let them voice their problems to eachother then got to the bottom of things and let them get their tention out.
