    Clint Coggins asked:

I need to buy my daughter (13) a new catchers mitt. How do I size it? Her friend, about same size & age, has a 34.5" (to big?)

    Lisa’s answer:

Definitely take your daughter with you when you buy it.

Don't think about it lasting through more than one season if your daughter is growing like a 13 year old. There will be someone that needs that size next year or the year after that will hel... Continue reading »

    William Cole asked:

Is there a injury-free way to softball pitching?

    Lisa’s answer:

Warm Ups & Stretches & Cool Downs.

Don't take stretching lightly. Your athletes muscles might be young, but they do get a work out, especially a pitcher's arm.

    Keep throwing... Continue reading »
