I think it was incredibly selfish for Anthony. He was under contract to play with the Nuggets. They were having a good season. A lot of fans paid a lot of money to watch them and deserved to see how far they could go in the playoffs.

Youth basketball. Which is more important? Winning or Player Development?
I agree. Player development is most important. My dimemna is that the league has implemented a single elimination playoff. Win or go home.

With my 4th and 5th grade boys I emphasize movement on offense. I try to get them not to stand in the same place for more than 3 seconds. Constant motion! Either set a pick, run off a screen or cut to the basket. Keep Moving!
