    4. Well Jack, the Websters definiton of sport is an athletic activity requiring skill or physical prowess and often of a competitive nature which pretty much defines cheerleading right there!!!!!

    for your toetouch or stradle jump try facing a wall then force ur self up against it so it pushes ur legs back!

    1. walk. it doesn't sound like it would work but when i was trying out for this year...my Freshman year i walked everyday the week of tryouts and my jumps just kept getting higher. also do hip flexers, they also work!

    I say no cause u earned that spot on the team fair and square! if it was a mistake then u should able to fight it if it was a behaviorial thing then yea u should!!
