    I would recommending wearing it or having reconstructive surgery when you get hit.

    Also practice with it as well. That way you know what it will be like at a game.

    Invite a team mate to practice with her. Kids always like to show up one another and it makes the practice more fun!

    Always start with a warm up. The big "k" and at close range to the catcher. Then move onto an arm wind up at a little farther back. Remember to stay in a straight line and end up ready to catch the ball if it is coming toward you.

    Start locally by word of mouth. Present it to local coaches and maybe they could set it up at some of there tournaments. What you are doing here is good too. Make your own website or blogsite for it. Webs.com is a good one.
