Bert Nijssen to Amanda Mott I see, well the best thing to do is eat well and drink A LOT of water. That way you keep energy levels high throughout the day. When you think you are drinking enough water drink twice as much and then you're good. Especially with the temps being that high!
But of course I hope she has a great day and tons of fun!
