hey if u dont mind i can teach u all u have to do is be brave and never say i cant do it (it all starts with the hand u wright with if u wright with ur right hand then u put ur left leg in first its the oppisite then take ur left hand and push off going into a hand stand then u leave ur right hand on the ground untill ur left hand comes off the ground thats mostly all u have to do but if u have a matt or a trampoline then practice on that first incase u fall but its easy but always remember that u can do anything u put ur mind to like cheerleading be brave and practice alot ( i hope u do it and i hope this helps)
good luck :) -
just think hand hand foot foot when you go over. and if youre already in gymnastics just tell your gymnastics teacher your goal and they will definitely help you. :-)

first never say you cant because you accually can you just have to have courage and you have to believe in yourself
for examble i have been cheering my whole life and i just learned how to do a cartwheel last year yeah pretty bad but i believe in myself the whole time now i am working on my front handspringi learned it by doing hand hand foot foot
not doing it yet just put your hands on the ground and bring your feet like your stepping
then once youve done that a few time practice puting one foot out and bring the other one up to get an extra push to go over
then its time to try you might fall a few time cry because it hurt but get back up and try againi always get scared going down so iput myhands on the ground in the potion the get up and go
dont forget to keep your body tight and legs straight while in the air
you can feel yourself roll kind of like a wheelGOOD LUCK I HOPE I HELPED

take a folded mat that is elevated about 8', place your both hands on top, make sure your fingers are facing the same direction, make sure your arms are straight. the leg that is in front should be on the same side as you are putting your hands, the rear leg goes over the mat first and the other follow. after you've master this and your legs go high enough you try it on the floor. I get most of my call from cheerleaders wanting to learn this and I have 100% success. good luck and I hope you make it.

well practice makes perfect and don't say u can't because u can u just have to get the courage to do it. I started gymnastics when i was 2 and I am 11 and I have learned that u can do any thing u want if u have the courage!! I am not very good at helping but I will do my best! first you need a mat. then you need to get on the mat and put down 1 hand then the other. next you put down 1 foot then you put down the other. also if u can next time u see your gymnastics coach ask them to spot u or help u. they should help u if u really want them to. just say (what ever there name is) can u help me with my cartwheel because I really want to get it. will u please help?
I HOPE I HELPED!!!!!!!!!!
P.S GOOD LUCK WITH THAT CARTWHEEL!!! AND I HOPE U STAY ON THE TEAM!!! -
you should............................PRACTICE!!!!! i remember when i was 5 and i couldn't get my cartwheel! well...i worked my butt off in my backyard until one day i got it! all u gotta remember is practice takes time you won't get it perfectly! And one thing that my coach always says is "No matter how bad your skill is, point your toes and straighten your legs and you'll go further"
That is what got me my back tuck, my front tuck, my kip, and my cartwheel! YOU GO GIRL!! -
never say never.........practice makes perfect also ask your gymnastics trainer she or he will help you
