trampolines. all the way. i know it sounds kind of silly, but I'm serious, have them practice their jumps as much as they possibly can on a trampoline. It will help tons. I'm not trying to brag or anything, but i have AMAZING jumps because i would just practice all the time on a trampoline. it really helps a lot :]

you have to have them do a simple straddle stretch which will stretch there muscles used for toetouchs. also you would grab them from the behind at the waste and count off. 1-2 you would stay with ur hands on her hips(like a backspot) 3-4 u would push down so she is sorta squatting and then 4 on ur way in to five u would 5-6 pull trhere hips up while hanging on to them and they would do a toetouch without there hands and they get the feeling of it 7-8 u land and then repeat hope this helps.

when you do a toe touch you use your abductor longus, rectus femoris, and your vastus medialis which are all on the inside of your leg. so in order for your toe touches to be good, those muscles should be strengthened and stretched every day. to strengthen i recommend weighted leg squats or leg pressing 3 reps of 10. to stretch, do wall stretches or have someone push you gently while you straddle stretch. this should help. if you have any more questions or need more tips feel free to ask. : ]

Stretching and have them start their jumps on the balls of their feet. This will spring them out and up.

Stretch all three of your splits before doing your jumps. this way you more extended in your toe touches and you wont pull anything while doing them.

Sit in splits, do them everyday, and do the chief stretch: Which is a stretch were you squat and put your hands on your knees, then you rotate your sholders to stretch you legs and back at the same time :)

my squad does leg lifts a little different from what most people are use to... sit on the floor with your back straight and put your legs in a stradle position and put your hands in front of you on the ground lift nly one leg up and count to 12 two times and switch legs. do about 5-7 reps of it and in a couple weeks you will see the difference!

Have them hold their arms in a full t and do high kicks without having their feet touch the floor. have them do it for three 8 counts on each side and do the splits as far as they can then do it again
