I did, but when I was in the moment and I was playing the sport to the best of my ability, I barely noticed. There is a difference between getting hurt and getting injured. When you're hurt, you're in pain, but you can play. When you're injured, you are in so much pain that you couldn't possibly play. You do get hurt a lot, because the sport takes a lot of blood, sweat, and tears. But the injuries are a lot less common.

I don't get hurt a lot, maybe i sprained ankle.
