Keep your eye's open for a winter session as well. Softball sign ups are generally open around Dec-Jan in many areas. Fall soccer is mid-way through, but depending on the size of your community, there may be indoor programs and spring leagues. Volleyball isn't as familiar for me, so I'd suggest contacting your local HS coaches and asking for recommendations.
