Also, I have this mental block on my bridge kickover where I can only do it sometimes unless im completely focused and there's not a lot going on around me...

just try to take it slow, step by step, know that you can do it, and trust yourself

put all you faith in GOD and He will help you get over it. You werent in Mrs. thomas's class but she used to say "put all of your baggage on GOD"

u can have someone spot u until you feel confident to do it yourself. or maybe when starting just split your feet apart a little, like ur left leg a little bit in front of your right and after a while u will get it. just when u start to feel confortable, keep putting your leg far enough. good luck.

put pillows under you then get a spoter until you confortable and then try it

DO NOT PUT PILLOWS UNDER U. they make u fall. i tried that and fell on my head. You need to relax and trust your abilities, when your coaches say you can do it, you have to trust them. they know what they are doing. try that and see if it works. a spot is good too. It helps to take a deep breath, and not think about it too much, you sike yourself out. good luck! i hope this helps
