There generally are very few sports available for kids under 5, however, some towns/cities have programs for toddlers. After a little more digging, I found this: www.copperascove.com/relocate/recreation_and_entertainment.aspx which shows T-Ball starting at age 4.

As populated as your area is, my guess is that there are several day camps, sports camps and day activities available through the Y, local churches and other organizations. You might also check out the local paper/ads in Killeen.
