What do I need to do if I miss a practice?
I want to go on a trip, so I told my coach I would miss and he said he neede me there and it was up to me, What should I d, others have showed up late and one person missed uor first practice.

If you miss a practice it's okay, don't sweat it. Just tell your coach it's personal and you really have to do it.

Talk to youre coach let him know u wont be there and you will work 10 times harder this upcoming week! And that u promise u wont let him down.
