How do you get your back full??
I can do a back layout but i just cant figure out how to get my full the rest of the way around. I can get about 3/4 of the way around on a tumble track and I have done it with a spot on the rod floor/floor and made it. I just cant get the rest of the 1/4 of the way around.... plz help me!!!! If u cant its ok. Thanks!!!! :)

Okay, Starting Make sure you have a Standing BackHandspring and Standing Tuck Down ! Now , You Swing Arms And Lift Of Course You Know, Next When you Lift And Force you body to The Left in The Air Followed by the Knees! Dont Force Yourself Before you Jump , Or You Will Bump You Butt!
