as a coach, assuming have made all the required meetings explaining the 'do's and don'ts" of your league, my answer would be based on what was discussed. That has never been addressed in any of the years I been coaching, but I KNOW I would have gone to the league head umpire after the game and asked why Blue din't let me give the kid a warning first. That's my biggest complaint. That goes for any warning to my bench, parents, etc. Tell me first, and I'll take care of it. If I don't, then have at it.

It would somewhat depend on the context. If they were sort of mumbling to themselves leaving the court, probably take the same stance as Tom (above). If it were overt and directed at a player or ref, I'd have to agree with them. There's no place in youth sports for bad attitude or sportsmanship.

If she said it to herself because she was mad at herself, I would question the umpire for throwing her out. If she was addressing the ump, he would have my full support. I would prefer a warning though to the player.

I agree with John and Ed. If she said it about her own play and not at the ump, he should of let it off with a warning. However, If it was in disagreement with a call, I would agree with the ump.

It would mostly depend on if she was adressing it to someone else, or mumbling it 2 herself.

I find it difficult to think a BLUE would toss someone for saying crap under their breath. If it were my daughter, I would definitely have a talk with her to find her side, and also consult with the league to get the umps side. There should be a report he files at the end of a game to explain his actions. Compare the 2 and draw your own conclusions.
