how do you stay tight in a stunt
im a flyer on my squad and i need some advice on being tight i got the butt and everything locked but im having trouble with the stomach part does anybody have any tips

hold it and cuz your weight should go to the top not bottum

Try doing some crunches it helps with getting used to the feeling and it keeps you tummy tight. That's what my dance teacher says

I would say lots of sit ups, crunches, and pushups... That is what i do before I go to compete in something
