Since there is an established Little League in Patterson, you might check with them and work to improve their Jr League softball program. Otherwise, check with the staff at ASA and ask them about starting a program in your area: www.ccmsasa.org/ If it doesn't look like there are enough girls in your town to start a program, you may need to look at Turlock or even Modesto.
