I think it may vary from league to league. I'd guess that most leagues in our community start at age 5, but, I've heard of some 4 year olds playing. There are also some soccer programs for pre-k kids in larger towns/communities. Your best bet is to contact your local leagues and ask what they have to offer for your kids.
