When tryin to ask a parent for help and they dont listen. Then that person gets mad and trys to ask again. What should that kid do if he is really mad?

its my brother he is ADHD and ADD

my brother is also ADHD too and all he does is just well make him calm down if he's like that play something or do something he would rather do
