how do you stay tight in a stunt
im tryin to do the x out basket toss which were doing in school and i can't seem to hit it right is it because im not tight enough or do i need to lose a little weight

no yo udont need 2 loose weight
all u needa do is do some crunches pushups or whatever
and ur tummy will get used to it
make sure you do em right so you can stay tite
