WHEN YOU RUN YOU DO YOU CRAMP IN THE SIDE FROM DANCE, CHEERLEADING, AND TUMBULING?
Well I cramp on the side when i run..

I think everyone gets cramps no matter if they do dance or cheerleading or tumbuling. You just get them when you run. Some people debate if its from not stretching or not.

O WELL I DIDN'T KNOW THAT THANKS FOR THE ANSWER I STILL CAN'T THINK WELL I DO EXERSISE AT MY SCOOL AND THERE CALLED STATIONS AND I STRETCH AND PUSH-UP'S AND STUFF SO AFTER WE R DONE WITH THAT WE RUN IN THE WHOLE ROOM FOR 1 LAP AND START THE NEXT STATION AND WE DO 12 CRAZY HUH?

I guess. In my schoool everyday we have to run up a hill and run half a mile, then do 3 stretchs, then we have to do 30 pushups or situps, and then we do whatever we were planned to do if we have time. :-/

No my coach in school says when you get a cramp you are not getting enough oxygen in your lungs

yes , but pe teachers say that it is best to do because you know you are working hard. i do all!

I have long knee sox i wear to keep me foucsed :)) but makes me so sweaty!

Almost every time I move a lot I get cramps on my side(s). But, my P.E. coach says it's because you don't have enough water in your body.
