I think your best best is to contact the local university coaches and ask if there is someone available to work with you. Here are some options:

    Amber Conner
    University of Dallas
    Phone Number: 972-721-4035
    Email Address: aconner@udallas.edu

    Brad Posner
    University of Texas
    972-883-2394
    bradley.posner@utdallas.edu 972-883-2394

it depends on what you're failing at as a catcher (what is preventing you from progressing any further). i would suggest to not compare to other players but to either consider instruction, visit www.championshipproductions.com, or get some in site on what you are doing.

if you need help visit www.lxaacademy.com and set up an online conference with a coach. just write down that Coach Beard referred you and they'll give you a virtual meeting for free to help you on your way.

I am a catcher on a 16u team that is ranked second in the state. My advice to you would be to work on something new everynight. Blocking, throwing from your knees, framing, whatever. Just do it every single night for 30 minutes. Also maybe get on a weight lifting plan...
