just go with something simple like firefox or eagleclaw. they remember those easier then 4-3-2mike-go-cover-1. they may be very smart but the attention span is small even at an older age.

Slot right 24, two back four hole. Wing right 24,same play different formation. Slot right 33, three back three hole. Slot right pass 24 wide receiver streak. Fake the 24 and through to the receiver on a streak. You don't have to make it sound fancy to win. Keep it simple and you and your team will be a lot happier.

    1. There are basic numbering for plays in most settings. even numbering on the right 0 to 8 and 1 to 9 on the left. the backs are QB 1 Tail back 2 full back 3 slot back 4. Wide receiver or wide out and the tight end. It doesn't really matter as long as everybody on your team uses the same ones. the numbering can be different for different teams for the backs as well as the holes. I number the holes to the right of the center being the 0 hole so if I want the two back to go to the 0 hole it would be 20, I always put the formation first "Slot right 20" then the next hole is the 2 hole then the 4 and so on depending on how many guys on that side of the ball.
