Hi Danyel,

Message tracking is a feature only enabled for teams under the Gold plan. It allows team organizers to view tracking stats on emails sent to team members, including who opened each, who hasn't and to whom the emails could not be delivered. This could be especially useful for important notices like preseason surveys or last minute game changes.

With the Basic plan, team members can still send emails through Weplay, but without tracking stats.
