    I think I know what your talking about. I am a red belt in TKD, even though I haven't done it in a while. I think you just kick, but you do it in a motion, like, you bring it up and kind of make a circle with your foot. there are 2 kidns though, inside and outside, inside, you go out, out side, you go in. I hope this helps!

    i am blue belt and i am trying to practice ahead of time so! i have 2 belts til red! we have like advanced red and all! so idk if it will help

    im a 1st degree black belt the way u do a hook kick with ur right leg is do a side kick slightly off 2 the left side off the target 1ce its fully extended pull ur leg across ur target using ur hip and at the very end of ur kick u bend ur knee back into a re-chamber and put ur foot down

    1. Get into a riding horse stance/ side stance. (facing sideways with knees bent)
    2. Bring your leg up and chamber, with your leg almost level, bent with your heel touching your thigh.
    3. thrust your leg out, and rechamber, bringing your leg back to its original position
    4. put your leg down, landing in your original stance.
