Practice does not make perfect! Perfect practice makes perfect. When practicing skills, always remember to to start doing it slowly and pay attention to proper technique. Other than that and getting in good athletic shape, your drive to improve and your love of what you are doing should make you a better player. Good Luck!!!

I agree with Stacie Mahoe...attitude towards the game and the people surrounding you is the key...just remember to stay positive and never give up, always give it your all not only in games but definatley in practice too. Practicing on your own time helps as well.

Improve yourself skillwise, work hard on your weakness. Condition yourself to become a stronger player by working out on the essentials. Prepare yourself mentally, stay focus know what to do, be tough through out the game. Be a team player and know your role in the team, Play with passion and love for the team and sport.
