You really need to look at what caused your arm to hurt after pitching. Were you pitching incorrectly or too many pitches? Have you conditioned your body to throw for long periods of time? Most arm aches can be normal but incorrect pitching i.e. just throwing as hard as you can, can cause alot of pain and won't make you stronger or a better pitcher. You should really get with your coach or trainer to making sure you are taking the right steps to be a good pitcher!

There are several reasons that can cause ur arm to hurt after pitching. U may have pitched to many pitches or u did not warm up correctly. Did u possibly have a previous injury that coulld have came back? Well u should definitly put a bag of ice on ur arm after every time u have pitching. I hope this helps. Thanks, Summer.

for the arm stop hurtng you can put ice on your shoulder or can put warm pads but you have to find why your arm are hurting you because you can put ice but every day you pitch you'll gonna have the same pain it could be because you throw too many curveball or your movements are grong it could be a many of kind of problem so better you talk with your coach an explain and he will know what to do!!! good luck!

Ice and aspirin!! Then you need to figure out why your arm is hurting. Are you warming up properly? Are you giving your arm enough rest between starts? Is there a slight tear in the rotator cuff? These questions must be answered before you throw again!!

You have to put ice on it for atleast a quarter of the time that you were pitching but the best thing to do is rest your arm for at least 3 days after 60+ pitches. I through out my arm but the steps above help GUARENTEED!
