Find a USBC Certified Coach, work with them, then practice, practice, practice.

Well, I have found that doing clinics, working with really good bowlers, and practicing a lot can really help. and the key is not to think about what your doing to much because the only thing you concentrate on is throwing the last shot as good as your next shot. The more you practice, the better you get.
