i hate it when duing volleyball peratice we have to run around track 37 times that sucks and i tell the coach why do that and he still ne li

and he doesn't even listen to what i have to say

    he probrobly does it to make us have alot of energy

    Chelique,
    I will assume that you are exaggerating, and I hope that he is using running as a warm-up and not as punishment. However, if he is indeed running you excessively, or as punishment, you may suggest to him that you use the time practicing actual skills that you will need to play better.

    Most coaches make players run for discipline and weed out the weak and lazy. For example, I know coaches that have players run the mile at tryouts just to see who is serious about working hard and will use effort when playing volleyball. So I would just hang in there and tough it out. Hopefully your coach does know how to train for volleyball.
