How do i improve my cheer jumps?
Ugh, i'm an awsome cheerleader! But i need help with jumps they suck, HELP!!!!!!

You must jump every day in order to improve your jumps. Warm up and stretch before jumping. Work both legs--include right and left herkys, right and left front hurdlers, right and left side hurdlers. Working both legs will help your toe touches be level. Work every jump--start with tucks, spread eagles and work up to toe touches and pikes. During a cheer practice my cheerleaders would perform 60-75 jumps, working both legs and all jumps. Make sure you are wearing proper shoes and jumping on an appropriate surface.

Wat My Coach tells me and my squad to do is side kicks And T-jumps They help me a lot.

my coach tells us to do V-sets to improve our toetouch
