While I am out in California, a group that I have been impressed with during my travels would be the Arkansas Mavericks. They are a great girls program, over 150 athletes, field solid teams and compete in great competition. I don't know how many players they had graduate from the program, but I know in 2008 more that a dozen were playing in college, not sure the level but I know they are still playing.

I don't know if they have a website, but I am sure a search would turn it up if they did.

Sorry was thinking basketball. The softball teams would be The Optimist club, Roger's Rebels ran a 16u team, not sure if they still do. Bentonville Blast runs a team but unsure on the age. Springdale Chicks is run by a lady named Gina I believe. I believe Bentonville has a Youth Softball program runs 18u teams, but no 16u, I think the next team is a 14u. Check with the Arkansas ASA and USSSA (I know USSSA has a team search by age and state.)
