Question
My cheer and dance competition is next week. And they changed the routine so I'm in the middle and doing all of this stuff that will require some major stretching!!! I want to practice like crazy but I know that if I do that I will either A. hurt myself or B Over stretch myself to the point that i can hardly stand up and walk. (probably both :P) Is there any stretches that I should do every day?? And what amount of stretching is to much??? Like what's your routine to stretch? (if u stretch each day) Thanks!

If you stretch to the point of mild tension (resistance) and are not experiencing any sharp pain while you stretch, then you should continue stretching and not worry about hurting yourself. -
Practice splits for 15min everyday then do toe touches for 15min then you should practice. Remember not to over do it!

You need to streach!!!! If you dont you may could become injured
