My cheer and dance competition is next week. And they changed the routine so I'm in the middle and doing all of this stuff that will require some major stretching!!! I want to practice like crazy but I know that if I do that I will either A. hurt myself or B Over stretch myself to the point that i can hardly stand up and walk. (probably both :P) Is there any stretches that I should do every day?? And what amount of stretching is to much??? Like what's your routine to stretch? (if u stretch each day) Thanks!
